The client is a not for profit charitable trust that manages leisure, sports and training facilities across Northumberland, Copeland and Cumbria. North Country Leisure now relies on a new multi-site IT virtual infrastructure, designed and installed by Lanway to keep operations running smoothly, which Lanway will now support as contact for all technical queries.

Lanway’s technicians worked with North Country Leisure to put together a bespoke support contract, meeting the organisation’s needs without it paying for unnecessary extras.

Working across 12 North Country Leisure sites, including the organisation’s head office, Lanway will proactively monitor and manage its IT infrastructure. Potential network problems will be identified and prevented, with issue resolution delivered remotely from Lanway’s Lancashire headquarters. Support will run daily from 7am to 7pm, with an onsite engineer despatched when necessary.
